The College of Computer, Information and Communications Technology (CCICT) Graduating Council will be holding a Graduation General Meeting on 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟮:𝟬𝟬 𝗡𝗡 at the 𝗖𝗲𝗯𝘂 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 - 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗚𝘆𝗺𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘂𝗺.

All graduating students from CCICT are required to attend and are advised to request time off from their On-the-Job Training (OJT)/Internship duties. Attendance is mandatory, as the meeting will cover important preparations for upcoming graduation-related events.

You are officially excused from your OJT/Internship duties on this day. Kindly present this announcement to your OJT supervisor or host company as proof of your academic responsibility.
